no, it doesn't add any strength. ''chakra punch'' is a nin-taijutsu by all canonical definitions & displays(born of med-jutsu, nonetheless). So no, theres no stat boost or strength increase
nor did it it increase a ninjutsu scale beyond what a healthy onoki could have done.
and again, any subjective musings on the consistency of his jin'ton cabability is irrelevant. you have to prove a precedent of what he is & isn't capable of & the hype statements are certainly not in your favor w/ the whole ''island buster'' inference

The challenge to common sense that is her power is due in no small part to her artful chakra control and fine-tuning. To give things a name, by instantly collecting chakra into her fist and fingers, she obtains a power of destruction bodily strength alone cannot achieve.

you had no point, u simply made a poor analogy trying to equate names of totally unrelated jutsu & mechanics.

For several years using the highest most precise chakra control, a fixed amount is stored in the Byakugou seal. The chakra is usually put to use to regenerate the body through the Ninjutsu technique "Sousou Saisei", the combination results in the ultimate regeneration Jutsu.

The seal was able to regenerate the body, despite Tsunade chakra quantity being less, than the enormous chakra quantity of Shodai Hokage (i'm pretty sure, but this the gist of the line, but this was especially tricky).

When Ninpo "Sousou Saisei" is used at the same time as "Byakugou no Jutsu", it becomes possible to use it (Sousou Saisei) over a long period of time. When ones life is effected by grave wounds pushed to the point where they'd normally die, ones body is instantly returned to an unwounded condition. Than it just talks about the rules of medical ninjutsu where broken with the completion of such a marvelous Ninjutsu as this.

Release the chakra stored in ones forehead. Wounds completely recover, while at the same time ones own power rises*, however cell division quickens, which shortens ones life span.

I don't know how people ignore the Databook's statement. Sousou Saisei is what stimulates the cellular regeneration whereas Byakugou enhances the power of the user. When both techniques are used simultaneously, the effects of both techniques are used.

Also, Onoki's Jinton was enhanced by Tsunade's Byakugou Chakra in the same way that Kakashi's Kamui was enhanced by Kurama's Chakra. By having an additional power source along with their own, the user's own power rises.

I have explained this many times. Might as well do it again.

Sakura for years leading up to the creation of the seal was not working at 100%. She was siphoning off chakra from her main reserve to make the seal sending it all to one specific place in her forehead.

Once the seal was created she no longer had to siphon off chakra from her main reserve and could finally be at 100%. The Sakura that we see in 632 is her true base form. The punch she lands is her base punch. Sakura can summon Katsuyu in her base form.

The seal contains already molded ready to be used whenever chakra. That is going to power up any attack that uses the chakra from the seal. Thats why Onoki was able to make a gigantic Jinton in a matter of seconds when Tsunade gave him chakra from the seal. Same thing when Sakura helped Obito with Kamui, she used a large amount of already molded chakra and was able to transfer this with the seal lines.
