Through antidotes. Tsunade could use a technique that decreases the effets of poison, or she's most probably made an antidote for it because she fought Hanzo many times.

And tsunades jutsu byakugou creates new cell by increasing to mitotic process to an enourmos speed so
If we look from the medical side poisens doesnt have a eefect on tsunade because she can restore any cellurar damage
