Gaara had the advantage when he fought his Dad in the DESERT! Because of the amount of sand he had off bat with out having to make new sand. So he had enough sand to raise it from under the Gold dust faster then normal. No attack Gaara possess can Break through Iron sand, yet Iron sand can break through his regular sand as well as make it heavy to use. SO no, it isnt "2 panels"

Minato was present yet didn't know the ninjas all died and tobi entered the room, killed Sarutobi's Wife and everyone else then Grabbed naruto all while minato was present (that is a successful sneak attack if you use common sense). Please be quite about the gaara situation. Its a fact if it wasnt for his sand he would be dead. It's an auto def, and just because they knew it would protect doesn't mean they wouldn't still try to kill him. They had to keep trying because that was there job! To the best of their abilities (this ninja using kunais) they attempted and failed. They did successful sneak attacks, but couldn't successfully kill their targets. You simply do not get it even though a child does.

And why would I think of one of my top ninjas Betraying me let alone a brainwashed body guard that protects me night and day kill me? He didn't have the same protection Hanzou had, he had regular village protection. That's it. Even Hiruzen (A hokage) got ambushed and grabbed while most the village was in attendance. It happens! 2nd Hokage and 2nd Raikage got ****ed up (2 kages helping each other at that) by KinGin Bros, and their body guards and village was in attendance while it happened successfully! Do you not get it???? It happens and it happened too many other kages in the manga not just him. It's just with him it was a quick no fight or trace kidnap. In and out! ? This was a sneak attack no one can predict. Stop going back to fodder to try to defend a kage. A bunch of people in konoha died during the kyuubi attack, guess that means hiruzen's fodder for not protecting them right? getting 3rd kazekage. As in there was an altercation. Because there was 'no trace' of him disappearing doesn't mean there was no fight. Just means there was none in the village. The guy was probably lured, but he was still killed and put in sasori's briefcase in the end. To further prove just how exaggerated you're making his moves, chiyo and sakura completely countered his arsenal. The only thing that got them was sasori's poison. But he can low-mid diff most kage? Please. He couldn't even low diff an old woman and a chunnin kid with his arsenal. Gaara would have low diff'd that sakura with his part 1 feats.

Based on this simple fact, he's not defeating any of the hokage, gaara, muu, oonoki, trollkage, etc, etc, etc. So he's not defeating "Most kage low/mid diff". If by most you mean tsunade and 4th kazekage, then you need to rethink your definition of 'most'.
