Tsunade vs Gai ?

This is actually a good fight.

I don't know if guy has what it takes to actually KILL tsunade, as she can basically survive any attack thanks to her strength of 100, creation rebirth, and katsuya.

And I highly doubt tsunade can land a hit on Might Guy, as he is far faster than her and is a Taijutsu MASTER..

Ill admit that Guy has the upper hand, and if he opens his gates he will most definatley punish her, but it don't see Morning Peacock or Afternoon Tiger actually killing tsunade, unless its done before she releases her seal.

He has Hirudora or Afternoon Tiger that will destroy her before she can even blink. Tsuande might have survived from being chopped in half, but she couldn't do anything. What good are you being chopped in half? I'll wait.

Besides you said that the databook is the 2nd most reliable after the manga. In the manga Tsunade has shown why she deserves a 5 at stamina.

Hirudora? That didn't kill a weakened Kisame who was still able to talk and can't regenerate himself, Something Tsunade can do. I'd like to see a feat where Hirudora chops you in half.

Now i quote what Tsunade has tanked.

She arrived and used creation rebirth. When she used creation Rebirth against Orochimaru it ate up the whole seal.
She then healed Oonoki and Gaara and replenished chakras.
She then healed Mei and replenished her chakra.
She then used Byakugou and attacked Madara.
She then regenerated from the Susanoo sword
She then regenerated from three yasaka magatamas
She then regenerated from at least two more Susanoo swords while immobilizing two of them.
She then donated more chakra to Oonoki so he could use his biggest Jinton yet
She then tanked the damage of a katon that was meant to kill 5 people.
Tsunade was apparently also bisected by mokuton. Even in the bisected state however, she is apparently capable of returning to one piece. And is still able to use jutsus.

I doubt anything Gai has can kill her unless there's proof.

I think Gai wins without having to resort to 8th gate. In 7th gate (going by the manga) he should have enough strenght and speed to either fracture or take tsunade's head off giving him the win. If tsunade doesn't start off with byakogou activated she won't have a chance to win at all.

Well if Tsunade doesn't start with her seal then Gai won't start with his gate. That's fair i guess. By the time he opens the gate the Byakogou is already activated

she isn't fast enough to reacts, against a Huge(that can be seen from miles away) , slow susano , what do u think she can do to Gai's speed or his Hirudora ?!!

I also don't see Gai fighting for 2 days in 7 gates.

Gai fought against 6bijuus, against Obito, Madara and now Rikudou Madara with open gates, while Tsunade's 100 Healing jutsu was gone in that short child battle versus Madara.

Gai can use up to 7gates to totally vanish Tsunade healing jutsu and then he will attack her with his 8th gate,,,, which was hard even for Rikudou Madara to read his movements and his speed.... in the other side , Tsunade will try to hit gai with her superb punches, and as I mentioned before, she has a weak defense, and she will be concentrated only on attack and she will end just like this>

I just made this thread cuz both Gai and Tsunade are specialize on close combat , and just wanted to know if there is anyone who agrees with me that in a battle :Speed is more important that Power.

If she can survive shinra tensei that destroyed the village without her 100 healing and still able to fight then Gai's move won't harm her too much. Don't forget that she doesn't immediately have to use her 100 healing jutsu she also has Katsuyu attached to her. And Naruto did most of the stuff against the 6 bijuu. I don't say Tsunade stomps but i doubt that she'll lose. And she healed that attack from Madara like nothing. Even Madara was impressed.

Speed is superior to physical strength. This should be elementary. Lee proved this with Gaara. Tsunade has strength but she doesn't have the necessary speed to match or keep up with Gai. This is fact supported from the manga and the databooks. If she couldn't even best Kabuto in taijustu, then what the hell do you expect her to do against someone who is far superior in taijutsu? Even if she can heal wounds from attacks, she can't hit Gai.

That's not pathetic stamina for fighting for 2 days. She was Madara's main target and took the most damage out of every one. And overused her seal and chakra. I doubt she has to use as much with Gai. Tsunade is definitely capable of tanking one Hirudora and maybe 2. I'd still like to see more feats from Guy before being able to safely say that he defeats Tsunade.

7th gate might gai can beat any kage except Onoki
