Tsunade VS Gaara

So I was talking to my dad yesterday and for some reason this dude thinks Tsunade can beat Gaara, had me like

Tbh though I can see why he would think that. However Tsunade has no method of even touching Gaara. All he has to do is fly high and use sand burial or sand needle shower (forget what the thing is, but basically the mokuton needle thing that Obito used except with sand). There's too many ways he can beat her, but so few she can beat hi m, food cart destroyer and hitting him. But I just don't see it. Anyways settings--

Location- Kimimaro vs Gaara/Lee.
Restrictions- summonings.
Intel- Manga.
