If Gaara is levitating, I honestly don't see any way for Tsunade to win. Her simple fighting style leads to her losing to people that are able to avoid her techniques, (for example by levitating)

Tsunade's only long Range tech would be Katsuyu's acid, which can easily just be avoided if you're in the air tbh.

Gaara takes this, it may take some time to get her to succumb due to her powerful medical abilities, but the fact is that he can get to her while she can't get to him, ultimately leading to her loss :y

Gaara should be able to eventually beat Tsunade in the end with high difficulty. A thread was made like this two weeks ago and it had Gaara winning.

Even if Gaara flies, Tsunade can summon Katsuyu to get to reach Gaara although Gaara could simply fly even higher. Katsuyu's acid may melt some of Gaara's sand but I don't think Gaara's ultimate defence is going to falter just because of some acid. As the battle goes on, Gaara can make a lot of sand and throw sand tsunamis at Tsunade. Then he can proceed to crush her completely, bury her, suffocate her until she can not take it.

]she can jump high she will just jump high into the air to get gaara like she did in the sannin fight but to be honest I'll say gaara has reach her level she can't beat him but he cant beat her its a tie in desert area but tsunade wins extreme difficulty in non desert[
