Exactly, Besides he has the ultimate defense. Tsunade's punches are strong but I don't think that can break through and get Gaara.

With enough pounding? That's implying the sand is harder than Susanoo. That doesn't really seem to be the case.
Regardless, Gaara wins. How will she get close to him?
If starting distance was like 5 meters she stands a chance.
But seriously, she wouldn't be able to get close to him.
