no,that is part 2 gaara's moves,part 1 gaara used tsunami,rain of sand,quick sand burial and dessert imperial funeral. Part 2 gaara did those.

I am definately not saying part 1 gaara beats tsunade,i am saying kazekage gaara could those moves to beat tsunade

Part 1 gaara high diff since his sand was stronger back then and the one tails controlled it for him, getting past the gaurd would be difficult but if she lands a hit on the sand she may break the sand but not technically break through but who knows he may loose but part 2 gaaara shes just about getting mid diff, airborne techs are her disadvantage and as we've seen his techs have improved emencly.

Come on now, Naruto and Gamabunta owned part1 Gaara... Tsunade is a Sannin, I bet she can defeat a boy.
The Kazekage Gaara is a way stronger then part1 Gaara. But still, Tsunade has a chance against him even now.
