I say don't underestimate Chatte. She can prove that the Hokage can defeat Gaara. She always has some reasonable arguments.

I already accepted that Gaara can defeat Tsunade high diff. Or Tsunade can take him high diff, it depends on the location.

In desert Gaara wins low diff.
In a closed area, where Gaara can't "make" sand, Tsunade wins mid- high diff.
In a forest Tsunade wins high diff. ( He can use the trees to attack Gaara )

However, even if, Tsunade doesn't loose so easy as people think or are used to think. Mainly due to not being able to see through her fighting style.

I now tsunade is very powerful, she has massive strength and can crush rocks and things but you need to know that there is a big difference between bare lying rocks and chakra infused sand. Rock has tensile strength but cracks easily when its tanking capability is exceeded even by a little bit while sand absorbs/cushions (how do you think he blocked raikage's kick so easily) most of the shock a distributes it equally thereby nullifying the attack. This has been shown many times like Gaara blocking huge explosions(c3, joki boy) and even powerful taijutsu attacks( rocklee's five gates with only his sand amour and walked away from the fight as if nothing happened, Raikage's guillotine drop) and even an attack from kimimaro's strongest bone enhanced by CM2(orochimaro said that his bones are resistant to any physical attack, yet the bones shattered against Gaara's defence.)
