not exactly , Sealing techniques are not a Kekkei genkai ,so they're not heritable , if Tsunade wants a sealing tech , she have to learn it.+ she didn't live with the senjus or the uzumakis., so i don't think she learned any sealing tech other than her forehead seal.

but i agree that Tsunade can trap him in Katsuya's body.

I know it's not a KK. But Mito lived when Tsunade was a child. Remember, she was alive even when Kushina became the next Jinchuutiki of Kurama.
And Tsunade's seal in her forehead is similar to Mito's seal. So probably she taught some other seals too. But I'm not sure.

I Still think that if she had any sealing jutsu , she would've used it against Madara , instead of punching him ineffectively.

Gaara has a few sealing techniques but he only tried to use a sealing technique twice. And only at appropriate times. For Tsunade to try and single handedly seal Madara would have been foolish.

That strategy was still valid when Madara created 25 susanoo clones ?
the sealing team died , and Tsunade had many opportunity during after that to seal Madara , and i am sure if she has a sealing technique , it would be quite easier than sending him to a sealing team.

She still has katsuyu to sit on him when she reduces him to dirt so then she can win that way.

Or it could be that sealing jutsus take time. We haven't exactly seen an expeditious sealing technique iirc (aside from the 5 pronged seal that Orochimaru used against Naruto) In fact, even Gaara needed the prep time to try and seal Madara both times. So the idea that every attack should have been an attempt to seal doesn't necessarily hold.

Asuma wins. He uses that monk shield to repel all of Tsunade's attacks and eventually kills her with his wind blades or fire jutsu.
