Tsunade low mid diff. Both are some what underrated in general, but Tsunade is both a Sannin and a Hokage with feats to back it up. Darui with just War Arc feats is elite Jonin-low Kage level.

This. Tsunade jumps on Darui trying to punchi his face, Darui interceps her with Suiton defense combo'd with Raiton streaming. When she is numbing he cuts her head off with his giant sword.

I wasn't referring to strength but both are cool, calm, intelligent, raiton users and one of the strongest of their respective village. Though I'm pretty sure Darui can fight on par with non sharingan Kakashi.
