I agree with Raikage A and her med skills are unmatched and also if Darui can chop off her head then Tsunade can punch his head off.

Ok all you Tsunade supports listen to this what would Tsunade do about that huh she cant dodge it her only option would be to get hit and then try to recover which will lead to bad.Because she would heal and then Darui would cast it again and the healing is not instant and after it stops Tsunade is a done for because she gets aged!

I agree with Kakashi 6th Hokage Tsunade would die against Darui.
