Scenario 1: Danzo mid-diff. With full intel he'll know how to deal with her.

Scenario 2: I'll go with the ladies, high-diff because one will die after Baku gets summoned. That's the main problem, but with numbers and Tsunade's regeneration on their side the 'team' can pull it off.

Katsuyu Can easily force Danzo into the Defensive with her sticky Acid.
She evades the fuuton and closes In he has no Offensive abilities to put down Byakugo Tsunade Down.
When She finds an opening she can easily Paralyze Danzo and give him a finishing Kick.Mei Terumi is Just a overkill.
No counter to Lava Release.

Restricting KA still would allow Danzo to win both scenario's. Tsunade by herself isn't a challenge, adding Mei only prolongs the battle a few minutes.
