Chopping through wood isn't like cutting through a human. And chopping through his arm is possible because he is holding his arm in position. (Holding it still)

He can't cut through someone's head unless there is some one or something holding their body in place. The reason he has bee as a partners is to assist him in holding the the person body in position so they don't get blasted away or fall backwards. If two equal forces are hitting you on both sides you're not moving any where (which leads to decapitation) also blunt attacks aren't capable (well Ay's aren't) capable of decaptiating.

That doesn't apply to attacks with swords and stuff.

Most of the members on here are either sakura haters or tsunade haters. Either way your so called statics are biased.

You're keep saying cutting through wood, which isn't like cutting through the human skin or the human bones. Wood isn't elastic or bendable. If anything he can break someone's neck. He can't chop through someone's head.

Sheer speed combine with a Raiton chop would easily slice someones head off.

lariat is a blunt force attack, Raiton chop isn't. Raiton can easily be focused into a blade, Like he has done before.
