all im saying is that A has the ability to cut of tsunade's head based on what we've seen from the manga

as to why she stiil has her head i'd say the plot it would have taken orchimaru a simple swing of his head to cut of her head but instead he chose to stab her in the chest. why not stab her in the brain? its obvious kishi didn't want her to die cause she had to be hokage so thats why i think she still has her head

I'd say tsunade,A might be fast,but he fights linear,he can't kill her with one or two hits,he has to get close and fight,she could smash the ground to make him loose balance,then one punch and he is gone,but seriously,why restrict katsuya?

okay tsunade has gone on over 90 s rank missions and not had her head cuto off but the thing is in any of those missions did she fight someone with A's speed? i doubt it since before naruto only minato was faster than A . so i think even though tsunade is very experienced she's just never handled someone with the raikage's level of speed. tsunade is really strong but A is increadibly fast and i doubt A cant make his lightnig into a blade or just use a lightning infused kunai to cut her head off.

imo raikage can behead tsunade cause she's never fought someone as fast as him cause that kind of speed is unique.

speed of light tears people apart,tsunade healed faster than that could happen,A isnt cutting anything off,to hit her he needs to get close,she could just hit the ground and he is off balance,she proved fast enough to keep up with madara,and fast enough to react before A could,and before mei could form handsigns,so she can handle herself with his speed,and her medical training gives her superb evasive skills as well as the ability to discern a person's fighing style,and A fights linear. I see tsunade winning

A simple stomp to the ground would most likely create cracks all over the place a second one would open all those cracks.

Remember that before raikage can achieve godlike speed, he need to make his transformation first

With so many open holes in the ground, i'm pretty sure he would not be able to run straight forward, he would need to jump or to evade the holes in order to not trip into one of those, this way slowing raikages speed somehow

Tsunade is no push over and she can recover from more hits from raikage than what people think, she had enough chakra to heal the other 4 kages in a minimun of 2-3 times, take a susanoo stab, yasaka magatama, katon jutsu, recharge oonoki, etc.

With that i think she can get a bunch of punches and not die from them. In one of those many punches, there is a chance for her to land at least one punch which would be more than enough to slow him down

Anyone who has been on Narutobase has heard this argument on Tsuande's strength and in this match-up this arguement is very relevant. Tsuande's strength leaves craters in the ground[

]. These craters come form the point of attack and the shock-wave of the attack. As you can see from the picture the shock wave was enough to destroy a building. The Raikage could easily dodge this attack and the majority of her attacks. I would never discredit a Ninja. The difference between how I will be using this argument and how others use this argument is that others would say the Raikage could dodge the attack itself, but not the shock wave. This could easily be falsified by just stating how Kabuto and Orochimaru dodged this attack without being hit by the shockwaves[

]. Now that I have established i am unbiased i want to now get to the point of how this argument will be used effectively. Tsuande's attack leave craters that are indubitably large. Everyone one of Tsuande's "missed" attacks would leave a crater in the ground of huge radius. The Raikage is fast on a regular platform but with each attack the Enviroment changes to being dents. The Raikage could not run on these craters. The Raikage running over these craters would be identical to you running over a hole in the ground or the scenario with tsuande and Naruto.

You cannot run over a crater or you would fall. The more the Raikage dodges the more of these will be created. This leads to the equation that the more Tsuande misses the less room the Raikage has to run on and the more likely he will be hit. Kabuto has informed us the crowded spaces are terrible when fighting Tsuande[
