Tsunade:Tsunade's healing abilities are unrivaled. She has an extensive knowledge of poisons and the human body. She's able to use chakra scapels. She's able to short circuit the nervous system. She is the strongest character to date physically (broke through Susanoo and lifted Gamabunta's sword). Her regeneration was rivaled only by edo-tensei's and Hashirama. In addition she's quickish and dextrous. And she has huge chakra reserves due to her being both Senju and Uzumaki. and being an Uzumaki her she is harder to kill. (Kushina after Kurama's extraction from her body). She tanked an attack to her lungs from Kabuto which he said would have stopped any normal person from breathing but she was still fighting.She tanked the Sword of Kusunagi, the Totsuka Sword, Kabuto's attacks, Heavenly Transfer Technique, and Yasaka Magatama.

Raikage: Lightening Armor, Speed, Strength. Feats include full body smash on sasuke.

Hmmmm I'm not sure because A can't kill her with taijutsu. Of course he could lariat her head off like he and Bee did to Kisame or cut her head off like he did to the hachibi's horn.

He's also too fast for her so she wouldn't be able to land a punch on him.

To be honest I'm not really sure, but if I had to pick one I'd say A.

Ok raikages strength are tailed beast lvl but he cant do nothing againist madaras susanoo but tsunade breaks it that defnitely make her stronger than raikage but her speed sucks even kabuto beats her speed so raikage also can easily but her healing techs are great so does raikages armor its diffecult judge a winner other than tsunade haters ofcouse but ultimately tsunade take this

Bee completely destroyed Sasuke's neck with a lariat.

You are right though in saying it took two to lariat Kisame's off, but that doesn't mean it can't be done with one.

Still A has another way to kill her and that's with his lightning chakra infused with his hand.

He easily cut the hachibi's horn off so I have no doubt that he could cut Tsunade's head off as well. I highly doubt she's regenerating her head xd

I have to run but I'll find the manga when I get back but Bee's Lariat is more powerful and the Lariat didn't kill sasuke. It would've but after the lightening teleportation jutsu tsunade's neck was slit and she healed from that.

Bee's lariat is more powerful than V1 A's. We don't know how he would've faired had A used his full speed. Yes she can heal herself from her neck being slit, but not from being chopped off, which A can do with his lightning armor as he did against the hachibi.
