The only thing that interposes between A's hand and Sasuke's neck is amaterasu,which doesn't protect him phisically.He can't decapitate,deal with it.

Suanno's ribcage is there and it protected sasuke from the blow if you want to be in denial that is your problem U_U it was because sasuke couldn't keep up with V2 A that sasuke had to activate susanno and ama in the first place.

Killer Bee's lariat didn't behead Sasuke. All it did was create a massive wound on his chest which Tsunade could heal from.

For those saying A can't decapitate someone with his Raiton armor, remember that Sasuke's Susanoo protects him with the chakra around it, not just the bones. That's why when Mei shot lava directly into his face it didn't seep through the middle of the bones and burn him alive. The chakra kept the lava from getting inside and killing him.

So no. Tsunade wouldn't survive being decapitated because she isn't protected by a bubble of chakra. And we're not talking about a Lariat. We're talking about a karate chop. Bee's Lariat didn't take Sasuke's head off because it hit him in the chest, not the neck. Ditto against Kisame. It hit his chest, not his neck.

Naruto dodged the Raikage due to speed not freaking reflexes. Killer B got Minato due to reflex.. but Naruto just got the Raikage due to being faster.

She out does in any category buddies. Thats is the reason why shes been the most important Kage along with Onoki.

Taking it head on is completely retarded move, cause then she will be sent flying back by the impact not to mention she will injured, then A simply blitzes her again and cuts her head off.
