When it comes to strenght sunade would take this however speed and element (lightning) ay wrecks tsunade I doubt she can dodge his fastest punch and as for his lightning armor tsunade will have a tought time getting through it.

Lol you have no idea what your talking about :rofl: Minato was barely able to react to A's V2 punch thanks to his superhuman reflexes and he was able to dodge thanks to FTG an S/T technique. Tsunade does not have that kind of reflex nor can she move faster than FTG. Also A when in V2 has reflexes equal to those of minato's so tsunade won't be landing a hit anytime soon U_U

Raikage has greater speed yet not as strong. However he has techs like lariat and liger bomb which would be too overwhelming.

Tsunade however is intelligent and could heal from some of his attacks. Along with being very physicaly strong and a good Taijutsu specialist.

Sure,but Minato's aim is reduced to dodge techniques.Tsunade doesn't really need to do that.Raikage has to get near in order to attack her.Thanks to her resistance,she will deal with his attacks.It's not about dodging,but countering.
A is probably the weakest kage among the current ones.Battles aren't just about speed.

I have but you haven't explained how tsuande would prevent decapitation..she cannot react or evade because she doesn't have those type of reflexes or the speed of FTG :|
