Tsunade vs A Raikage

Who do you think would be the winner of this fight?
a Kage vs another Kage.

Here's the thing. The manga has shown Tsunade having pretty low taijutsu skills. She got outclassed by part 1 Kabuto who has a 2.5 in taijutsu.

As you can see, she couldn't land a hit on him. Now, considering Kabuto is a high level jonin who has almost no taijutsu feats and absolutely no hype in speed and taijutsu in general, how is Tsunade going to land a hit on the 3rd fastest character in the manga, the Raikage?


The Raikage's Raigyaku Suihei (his chop) and his Liger Bomb have been shown being powerful enough to break the Susanoo's ribcage and his chop is powerful enough to dismember and cut any body parts. Darui has clearly stated that Sasuke would have died from the impact of the Liger Bomb if Sasuke didn't use the Susanoo to protect himself.

So now, knowing all that, if she can't land a hit on part 1 Kabuto how is she going to do it on the Raikage?

And apparently the night before that fight Tsunade was drunk, and it is likely she had a hangover
Also according to Kabuto she had quit being a shinobi and judging by the time line she had been out of the game for nearly 30 years.
Furthermore, as evidenced by her neither bringing out Sozo Saise or Summoning Jutsu in the fight we can also tell even with her handicaps she was holding back.
And to say Tsunade isn't fast when Kabuto and Orochimaru were nearly killed with her first attack (just getting out of harms way in time)
Furthermore, you neglected to take into consideration the soldier pill Kabuto had taken.
Tsunade is fast enough to get a bell from prime Hiruzen, fast enough to force an EMS user to use a clone, fast enough to cover for Mei, fast enough to have blitzed several people in the manga, and fast enough to hit Jiraiya.
Furthermore, Tsunade still has Katsuyu. In addition Raikage doesn't always fight with his lightening Cloak. Finally Tsunade was able to keep up visually with the movements of KM Naruto and A. So it is doubtful she'd be caught as off guard as Sasuke was.

Soldier pills are legit combat items. This is not an argument in your favor. It is totally legit to use them in a fight. It's on the same level as summoning jutsus that grants you assistance in a fight. Find something else.

Perhaps your right on the time period, though the story seems to suggest that Tsunade stopped shinobi activities after Dan's death. Especially considering the hemophilia she developed after Dan's death.
Perhaps Kakashi's Bell Test is a team effort, but considering Jiraiya got tied to the log I'm not so sure of Hiruzens. After all Kakashi's version of the bell test, the philosophy for it came from Obito.

Yes, Tsunade said we. And in the attack that would have lead to Madara's demise it was Tsunade leading it up with Gaara sealing and the other kages taking more of a bakseat during Tsunade's lecture.

Have you ever had a hangover? Def affects you the day after. And Tsunade was drunk, just to clear up any miscommunication. There is no if about that part. Tsunade also has a habit of being a binge drinker, drinking past her limit as being noted by both Shizune and Jiraiya. So her having a hangover would make logical sense.
And Why exactly would something consume too much chakra if she wasn't saving it for later? As she said she'd deal with Kabuto first. Which evidently meant she was planning on getting to Orochimaru second.
If Tsunade had meant to kill Kabuto she would have done it here. But plot needed Kabuto to live.

You brought up skill in taijutsu which soldier pills aid with. And to that extent the 2.5 shown in the databook is not what was displayed by him in that battle. Furthermore we're talking about two very different versions of Tsunade. We've gone from a Tsunade barely able to summon katsuyu and heal her wounds to a Tsunade that can summon katsuyu and heal a village, to a Tsunade that can kill kages, replenish and boost their chakras, heal from several fatal attacks and of the gokage she did the 2nd best job. And If she successfully brings them all back from the brink of death, she will have done the best job there.
