Tsunade. Raikage's only attack that might kill her will be lariat, but a double lariat to kisame who was actually a zetsu clone only decapacitated it's head, his lariat wont harm her. She hit madara who had the ems,she wcan hit raikage, and one hit and he is dead.

Tsunade before Byakugou had a 30% chances of defeating Raikage..... Because she couldn't keep up with him, but she had chance, because if she managed to get a lucky shot, that would be it for Raikage.

NOW, NOW AFTER BYAKUGOU TSUNADE HAS AT LEAST 50+% chances...
we still have not seen her speed feat, but to blow Madara's chest with Madara not doing anything, I think that's quite a speed feat........ so I would say she stands in byakugou mode a chance of 70%

Well, i'm giving this to Tsunade, albeit with high difficulty.

Despite the fact that A remains leagues ahead of Tsunade interms of footspeed, a common misconception is that his taijutsu occurs at a speed in which Godaime will have major difficulty in countering. This is not necessarily the case. We can see that practically all of his attacks tend to and , often giving his opponents a clear opportunity to counter and exploit said weaknesses. Juugo was actually able to a blitzing Raikage, and he is not known for having extraordinary speed or reflex feats. A pretty much uses his speed to get close to his opponent, nothing more. You then simply need to have enough power to his armour; something Tsunade should doing. Previously, many shinobi have been able to land blows or grapple onto a target the moment they are faced with an attack, so the notion that Tsunade would be unable to even touch the Raikage is laughable.

With Tsunade's , A will be unable to kill her unless he manages to decapitate her. I would also like to point out that decapatation is a very rare event in this manga, and characters are not known to aim for the head in the midst of battle. I also question A's ability to do this with a single lariat, which I don't believe to be possible. If the Raikage chooses to blitz Tsunade, he opens himself up to a few counters.

No doubt that the Raikage possesses far more speed than Tsunade. However, if he decides to initiate contact in order to land a blow, he leaves himself open to being caught by Tsunade's , which we know she can activate by merely tapping her opponent on any part of his/her body. This jutsu works by pouring electricity into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control, making simple tasks such as walking near impossible. Kabuto was only able to effectively counter this jutsu due to having high intelligence and possessing prior knowledge of medical ninjutsu. The Raikage, with his , loses the match if he is caught by this jutsu, as it would allow Tsunade to casually smash his skull to pieces, multiple times if necessary.

Both shinobi are exceptionally strong, though Tsunade remains the in this regard. Now, they're both going to wreck eachother, with the difference being Tsunade will regenerate and be ready for the next bout; the same cannot be said for A. Tsunade remains very resiliant, being able to take down a Susanoo despite having two blades . The match itself won't last too long if this approach is taken by either shinobi.

Tsunade has just as much chakra as the Raikage, as we saw when she used her Healing Chakra Transmission technique to of Konoha during Pain's invasion; this jutsu being a very taxing one with regards to her chakra reserve. Either person outlasting the other interms of chakra is a non-factor here.

Meh, just my two cents.

Tsunade will defeat Raikage. I mean she has Katsuyu, Medical Ninjutsu, Creation Rebirth, and Strength of a Hundred Technique. I just don't see Raikage winning this match. She is basically immortal with the use of Creation Rebirth or Strength of a Hundred Technique.

I agree with everything you said except for this part. I don't think Tsunade will be able to pour electricity to disrupt Raikage's nervous system because lightning armour (which boosts the nervous system) will protect him from small scale electric attacks/disruptions such as this.

Also to add on to what you said, even if Tsunade can't trace Raikage, she can probably predict where he is about to attack her next. I say this because clearly Tsunade is very intelligent and the Raikage likes to rush in and smash his opponents without thinking about the consequences. If he does do that, Tsunade may notice a pattern in his attacks and attempt to predict and counter the next one. Just once punch will wreck the Raikage up.
what is he takes her before she use them ?
That is like saying Minato blitzes Itachi before Itachi uses susanoo.:sy:
