I know we haven't seen much of gaara's dad, but we can assume that his gold dust works a lot like gaara's sand, just faster, yet less quantity. Who would win?

So I'm going to say tsunade

With her sumonning and that jutsu that can rearrange your nervous system

Plus she can't die in battle with the rebirth tech, I'm giving it to tsunade low difficulty

Long range jutsu against a short range fighter ive got to go with the 4th kazekage though i wouldnt count tsunade out

It would be a tough fight but I'd say the forth kazekage would win. He is a long range fighter and if his gold sand techniques are anything like gaara's then he must be very powerful. Sure tsuande can use her rebirth technique but she can only use it once for major wounds or else a couple times for minor wounds but she'd wait until a major wound to use it.

He did defeat and seal shukaku afterall.

I'm not sure I don't want to count Tsunade out and give Gasras dad any uneccesary praise.

Unless the 4th Kazekage is as creative as Gaara is with his sand then I give it to Tsunade.
I doubt the 4th Kazekage can control the heavy gold sand without much chakra use and strain, at least not in large amounts and for prolonged periods of time like Gaara.

Fourth Kazekage is way stronger than tsunade, he was even able to fight shukaku. Hmm.
