oh wow so first and second hokage plus tsunade are related to naruto.

She did know Kushina. Or, at the very least, she knew of her. Kushina was a well-known jonin before going on maternal leave.

As for what jutsus Tsunade has that could be Uzumaki-related, the Yin Seal comes to mind. It's not confirmed an Uzumaki clan jutsu, but Mito seemed to have it, and it is a very powerful sealing jutsu, which the Uzumaki clan is renowned for.

Well... no, not really. The First and Second Hokage have no blood relation at all to Naruto, and it's not clear what Mito's direct relationship with Kushina was. Even though they're of the same clan, they didn't necessarily have to be a part of the same branch in said clan. Tsunade's probably very distantly related to Naruto.

I think she is full blooded Uzumaki & that's the reason she knows Mito's technique. But people kept saying she is Senju because of Hashirama's statement that she's his granddaughter. But Hashirama nor Tobirama had kids so Stunade is only Hashirama's granddaughter through marriage not by blood.
She has nothing related to Senju except a Strong life force which Uzumaki have along with a strong body.

& I think the Byakugou is a Uzumaki technique cause no other clan is shown to have it.

Her seal is most likely Uzumaki origins, although why she doesn't know any other Uzumaki seals, idk. Uzumaki didn't get much coverage. Most likely due to everyone being killed.
