The suiton easily cut through several layers of chakra absorbing wood. Each layer considerably bigger than Tobirama.
Then there's the added scan of the same kind of suiton slicing a near bijuu sized summoning cleanly in half with no difficulty - the summon was cut so easily that the concrete behind it was also sliced through.
