The point of her jutsu is to save her from fatal injures like that. It isn't BS at all
I agree, but there's a limit, just because you stay alive doesn't mean you can break your spine and have little to no nerve connections to your lower body and still be able to move as fluently as she did there, let alone logically (not that my opinion or input applies to the Naruto world whatsoever), there is almost no connection to her lower have in this situation, she's being held up by the flesh in between those two blades and even if she regenerates, those blades are still in her, and there is no connection of her Peripheral Nervous System (spine, lower body nerve endings) to her Central Nerve System (brain) because there is a blade preventing that link. All of this was pointless bantering because it already happened, and logic doesn't really apply, but I just thought I'd throw in my thoughts :/
