She survied getting hit in the face from a yaska magtama. I dont see how she cant regenerate decapitation.

OT her brain is in her head which is getting cut off. Her yin seal byakugou is still actviated meaning she will regrow a new body.
The brain has no effects on her justu. Once it's actviated it stays actviated a till you manually stop it or run out of chakra.

So she can store enough chakra in her HEAD to create a new and functioning body. And what happens when the enemy stops her from doing this? She can't just magically create a new body, even if she could- which she can't.

Once her seal is active, it's active until the chakra runs out. She's been stabbed through the lungs and they regenerated without any damage remaining. The only real question is if she would have enough chakra to do so. I think it's possible, just one guy's opinion though.

Your talking about fixing a wounded lungs, not recreating the organs entirely.
That definitely would take time and a whole lot more chakra, time a decapitated Tsunade doesn't have.

Sasuke had his entire chest cavity evacuated by bee's lariat and he survived long enough for juugo to chansfer the flesh of his body into his chest and restore his organs without oxygen deprivation or any apparent negative side effects at all. I understand this is more extreme, but tsunade's seal is also passive, making it activate immediately upon impact, and is also a better agent of healing than juugo's CS transfer.

Also kisame's chest was blown out by bee and it was healed within 2 panels i believe by chakra alone. I feel the same principle applies here and the only difference is that in tsunade's case it would take much more chakra. But given the proper time for chakra to accumulate, i think it's possible.

She's half senju, half uzumaki. I think her chakra levels are fine.
