Sarada is the other choice, but she is Sakura's daughter.
By feats, Sakura is smarter than Shikamaru.

What do you expect him to do, use justu only he made? He has tons of other justu that he developed himself unlike naruto and sakura.he has tons of lightning justu that he made and even oro what suprised because he managed to manipulate it like no one had before. So let's not bring this up anymore sakura is awesome.

Cannon wise not it isn't lol but if you wanna use that argument let's change gears, what powerful prominence does the Haruno hold? What does a Haruno inherit? Reserves? Lifeforce? Kkg?
