He wasnt distracted by rinnegan, he was hit by a chakra disruption blade. That allows pain to "disrupt chakra" and paralyze the person hes fighting.

His point is if tsunade gets hit by one then she will be useless since she cant hit him. Also ST will push her away. Ct will destroy her. Soul removed.

The only thing you have is a bit of useless hype, which was probably Jiraiya being respectful to Tsunade, but which got debunked straight after when he said he would kill her.

Even if you are right about Jiraiay(you are not), she's still inferior to Orochimaru. Edo tensei craps on her, and he's still above her without it.

The only paths I see her beating are the human, and nakara path. The animal path summons the dogs, the merely hides in the chameleon. The Asura path spams missles, which she isn't tanking. The preta path probably loses, and you already know about Deva.

She would be able to take a average strength ST(not a village busting one), but only if she has here feel anchored to the ground like she did in the Pain arc, but that would be useless in a 1v1 fight since her only chance is to get in close range. If she's moving she would be screwed. As for CT, CT would kill her without question.

Plus, just because Jiraiya admitted inferiority to Tsunade does not mean it's entirely true. If we're going to count words from one's mouth as facts, we might as well say Hiruzen is the strongest Hokage when we know he isn't. It's true she created a ninja system but that is irrelevant to her strength (in terms of combat) so I have no idea why you mentioned that. What are you talking about? They always try to choose the strongest, they tried to choose Kakashi first anyway. Orochimaru didn't become Hokage because if his carziness.

You kind of prove that Orochimaru was the strongest by showing how the other Hokages were the strongest of their generation, bar Minato since everyone wanted Orochimaru to be Hokage.

By showing that you prove that they choose the strongest to be the leaders first, Orochimaru was the first to be chosen, meaning that he was picked first because they thought he was the strongest.

And it doesn't matter that he wasn't chosen in the end because the reason they didn't has nothing to do with power.
