minato is nowhere near being in sakumo generation. He taught sakumo's son. He didn't have his son til kakashi was essentially grown and he had naruto fairly young.

Kakashi was 15/16 when Naruto was born. Kakashi also taught Minatos son. Who was still in his 20's during part 1.

Promotion isnt given by age but by skills and talent.

Minato, Gaara and Hiruzen all became Kage at young ages. Kakashi was a jonin young as well

Minato became hokage young... for Sakumo to be mentioned in the same breath as Sanin he can't have been that far off in age from the sanin because fighting isn't just about strength. He had to have that experience for people to actually consider him to be stronger than them. Sakumo was a grown man. Minato wasn't older than kakashi when he trained him obito and rin.

The only paths I see her beating are the human, and nakara path. The animal path summons the dogs, the merely hides in the chameleon. The Asura path spams missles, which she isn't tanking. The preta path probably loses, and you already know about Deva.

She would be able to take a average strength ST(not a village busting one), but only if she has here feel anchored to the ground like she did in the Pain arc, but that would be useless in a 1v1 fight since her only chance is to get in close range. If she's moving she would be screwed. As for CT, CT would kill her without question.

Clearly in a one on one battle jiraiya defeats tsunade with sage mode and also orochimaru tanked tsunades punches in part one like it was nothing......so gg. But tsunade is one of those fodder. She is the weakest.
