What if Katsuyu was going to say "Tsunade-sama will definitely die"...

According to the context it would have probably been "...proud of you" or something but we can't just forget the last panel which confirms that Tsunade is still in bad shape and Katsuyu isn't there to help her.

tl;dr: It was rude of Sakura to cut off Katsuyu like that.

What if she had a feeling and didn't want Katsuyu to finish? Because if she knew, she'd be too distracted to do her thing. There are work environments where there are periods where the place turns into a warzone (production deadlines and such) where formalities and personal feelings have to be set aside for a time so the system can work as efficiently as they possibly can to get the thing done. But it's not like there isn't already a system in place to mitigate some of the problems that can cause. For example when trying to ask where somebody is you say "What's your 10-4?" because asking "Where are you?" is too loaded.

I think the situation that they're in qualifies. It's unknown whether she cut her off for a reason but I think that's a pretty good one. Katsuyu seems like a character with an infinite amount of patience. I don't think she would give it a second thought.
