Probably if she attempted to jump away and were still grazed by it. But that wasn't even what we were discussing about, if Tsunade is hit by a jinton(not completely atomized.) she'll regenerate the damage.

From my knowledge of byakugou, Doesn't it only increase the bodies natural healing by splitting cells much faster than the normal rate. (please correct me if i'm wrong).

So if it does only accelerate cell duplication, Then it basically only accelerates the bodies natural healing process, Since the bodies natural healing process doesn't not include regrowing limbs, Why would an accelerated version of it do so?.

Unless i'm missing something painfully obvious.

Sorry, but I don't think that's the case. Cell duplication doesn't regrow organs either.

Exactly it greatly speeds up the process, our cells dont divide fast enough for us to regrow arms but if you did have faster cells then its perfectly plausible.

Also its basically shown that she can. She regrew a whole new abdomen which included a new spleen, stomach and kidneys. She also regrew all the flesh and spine part which was broken.

The fact is that even the basic jinton was bigger than a person. But the one he grazed Madara was smaller than a human if I recall right.

Still, Tsunade wouldn't be a sitting duck. She has good enough reaction feats attempt dodging and maybe even be successful in it.
