You're just crazy. Tsunade is like the perfect counter for Hidan, same goes for Sakura since they pretty much share the same fighting style, only difference being that Tsunade can actually use medical ninjutsu attacks while fighting and is on completely different level in taijutsu.

Tsunade ranshinshos Kakuzus threads. :| He'll be immobilized, after that she can just rip his hearts out one by one. Or just keep punching/kicking his immobile bod.

Having them outside the body just makes it easier for her to destroy them because they are slower than he is, which Tsunade is already faster than Kakuzu. The heart inside his body will get destroyed, just like when she punched Madara in half, that half of his body will be destroyed along with his heart, but the heart cant come back together like his threads can.
