since team 1 are obviously outmatched ill try and argue for them. i assume kabuto would have given himself antibodies against poison but in case he didnt, sakuras sleep gas and shizunes cloud will be invaluable. kabuto was well informed on tsunade when he first battled her and so wouldnt know one hit from either of these women will be fatal blunt damage impossible to heal from. also he wouldnt be able to counter immediately tsunades lightning technique or katsyu. he would probably instead use the hidden snake hands that he did vs uchiha bros. and since he knows nothing he will be vulnerable but also cautious. rather than bringing out his big guns early he'd start off with orochimaru moves, then realise tsunade must know about them when she breaks their necks. then they bait him into coming to them only for him to be caught in poison gas, and then gets a fist to the spine. which either shatters or heals when kabuto spits out a new body.
their only chance really is to stop him going into sage mode at all costs and keep him to his base powers
edit: with mei and chiyo there i think kabuto would realise numbers are against him and uses snakes to buy himself some time. we have seen how kabuto can demolish shizune quickly and his abilties are a perfect counter for chiyo as his scalpels will cut her strings. considering hes facing three kage level shinobis i think even kabuto will be overwhelmed eventually. they will not only attack him from all sides and prevent him doing his stronger moves but also know everything about him and would take counter measures against his virtually inexhaustible chakra and regeneration abilities via poison or blunt attacks.
