True, but with full intel Katsuyu's/one big ass Katsuyu will be summoned in the beginning of the fight.
Also Tsunade and Sakura would start bombing the ground with their punches, those punches that actually killed shitloads of juubi clones.
Gai is clearly the biggest threat here with his gates, but Tsunade takes him.

Katsuyu is not much offense type of summon, Acid is easily dodged or tanked/flinked away by rotation or airpalms. Guys need to take down girls here; not the slug.
Gai can endure a self-sacrifical Technique like gates (remember the situation happened to Lee after his battle with Gaara) punching the ground would not even make him flinch.
Kimimaro can tank a direct lotus attack from Lee to his chest, he can survive being crushed by tons of sand an indirect attack like punch to ground is again doing nothing much.
Besides punching battlefield is not a Good strategy when one has teammates around, Sakura and Tsunade would hinder each other's and Shizune's movement if decimating ground is that effective.

So they're actually dodging/countering acid slime from every freaking direction above and under? Not likely. Shizune is pretty much useless in this situation if her poison is countered. She has nothing more to offer. Except a poison needle will kill if it hits. Kimimaro could be dealt with that way.
Tsunade could ranshinsho Hiashi and Kimimaro.
Punching the ground would send Gai actually flying, not actually killing him if he can fix his position in midair.
None of these has a technique that could damage enough to bypass byakugo.

Almost all of them have superior speed then everyone on team one, Mostly everyone can blitz and Ko shizune. Kimimaro's braken dance is actually a rather good idea to use here because even if Tsunade and Sakura can heal from it, they'd be stuck on the impale.

Now that I think of it gai probably can't as he has nothing to really take down Tsunade.

But hiashi is their worst matchup, one hit and their healing and strength are negated. After that it shouldn't be very hard.
