As for the supporters of the Gai/kimimaro/Hiashi team..... just realize Tsunade is highly above anyone on their team. Not only that Sakura herself is stronger than Kimimaro. Adding Shizune's poison. And Sakura's poison kunais. Lord this is mad stomp.

Shizune is practically a sitting duck in this fight, Kimmimaro can solo Sakura, and Gai + Hiashi is too much for Tsunade.

I don't see anybody soloing the entire team 1 though.

....I can see team one winning between one tenth of Katsuyu, poison that no one on team two has a counter for, and the ninja on their field and their prowess I say the medics take this. Consider this fact one tenth of Katsuyu could solo both kimi and guy. Which would leave Hiashi being raped in a corner.

Actually Shizune can sacrifice herself to take out Kimimaro, who would be the biggest challenge for Tsunade, who still can take him.

Shizune uses poison which could have killed Kabuto, and creates a huge cloud of it.
Also, she could survive from getting stabbed by Kimimaro, because Tsunade is there and can heal pretty much every wound.

There are also two huge Katsuyu's in the battlefield. People are crazy for thinking team two even have a chance in winning.
