When the 3rd died Jaraiya was going to be hokage..( I wish he would accept it) but he made tsunade become hokage why?

So? he wanted Orochimaru to be hokage before Minato become the 4th

Jiraiya because of sage mode and that he actually beat one of Pain's more important bodies on his first (And last) try.

Orochimaru because of his forbidden techniques.

Jiraya and Oro for years have had the best showings up until recently with Tsunade taking on Madara the only problem is though she is fighting with the other Kages wheras J-man would have gone head to head with Madara mono e mono (summonings use chakra so they don't add to squad size in my opinion)
he would die but he would be far from a push over

wheras oro would get dropped by a genjutsu again lol
