Mei when it comes to looks and and appearance and cup size goes to Mei, tsunade is actually a wrankly old women with saggy tits that uses a jutsu to make her self look better.

When it comes to abilities overall I'd give it to Mei she has lava release and boil release and 3 elements water,fire,earth. Mei is more versatile than tsunade. Manga Fact

Tsunade is in my top 5 characters. She's basically awesome, and also I don't get why people hold the aging jutsu against her- if you had the power to constantly be in your prime for the rest of your life wouldn't you do it?

Mei, even compared to Tsunade young, she looks better. And her personality might be weird with the engagement crap she thinks sometimes, but I'd take that over someone who doesn't grow up messed up in the head enough to think she needs to maintain her teenage looks when shes almost 60. I don't believe in gilfs, and I don't like old ladies who desperately try to look young.
