Reaction speed is good about jonin level
Plus katsuyu one of the best summonings every katsuyu can survive everything and protect people
Plus she can transfer her own chakra with her hands

For his age he is still super good
He has the kekkei tota Jinton wich is great offensive
His chakra suplies are very great
He can fly
He can make everyone lighter or heavyier so he coud stop one giantic meteor
Earth release on a very high level

Pain clearly wins.

Onoki's Jinton is dealt with by Preta Path while Deva and Human Path take out Tsunade (Bansho Tennin+Soul Rip). Animal Path summons and Asura missiles make this overkill while Naraka brings back any destroyed paths (Not going to be necessary though).

Not to be an ass or anything, but tsunade would actually be of no use at all.
She's definatly overrated.

Oonoki on the other hand, would be a decent challenge, he'd probably destroy at least 4 of the paths.
Unless tsunade would only hide and heal oonoki she would only be a burden.
And surviving decaptitation would seem quite...impossible anyway.
Pain probably would decapitate her if he sees normal techinques fail anyway.
Most jounin > tsunade anway.
