Tsunade Oonoki big combo

Guys i have just a question :

So imagin
If tsunade and oonoki where fighting against mortal madara and madara had activated his perfect susanoo coud oonoki and tsunade destroy it with their jinton combo

So imagin again
Oonoki is at full chakra and tsunade also
Oonoki is capable of destroying an island with one jinton if he is at full chakra so imagin tsunade transfers all of her chakra to oonoki so woud he now be able to obliterate the perfect susanoo ??
With his full chakra reserves plus the chakra he got from tsunade
He coud just create a mega super strong jinton

The thing is madara is fast enough to dodge that huge jinton, "close range" jinton + tsunade's chakra would turn EMS madara to dust

I really cant tell. I know its jinton but susanoo must have some kind of resistance to it.
On such huge scale jinton surely wont be enough to completely annihilate it, but it can greatly damage it.
