Ok well let me answer this. even if the derangement worked on a bijuu, which i HIGHLY doubt it does, a bijuu could simply create a chakra arm and B!tch slap tsunade. Seriously dumb matchup....

Speaking completely logically, addressing the nerve scrambling jutsu, assuming if she actually got that off and it worked on him, and if one hit from Tsunade equals death, even then that wouldn't work. Kabuto learned its effects and countered them completely within a couple seconds and was moving perfectly fine. Something tells me a thousand year old demon will be able to move as well, it's just simple fact.

So no, Tsunade can't actually come close to beating a bijuu, and no her nerve scrambling technique won't actually work on a monster composed of chakra. Its name is important here. Even if it could and her punches could level entire mountains it still wouldn't be enough.

In tha manga in was stated A has bijuu level chakra, but in the Madara fight he run out of chakra BEFORE Tsunade. So Tsunade has Bijuu level chakra as well. ( or at least she extremly high ammount of chakra ).
