If it were just Tsunade and Chiyo Vs. Sasori and Hidan, I'd say team Tsunade. But I think Kakazu is the deciding factor here. His ability to make attacks from many different angles, adding on to Sasoris attacks, will be too overwhelming for those 3.

Tsunade is the perfect opponent for Sasori. She can heal from poison, and she can break Hiruko with ease. Katsuyu can help too. Tsunade Low-Mid Diff
Mei> Kakuzu debatable but she has two kekkei genkais and knows lots of jutsu. Mei Terumi Mid- High Diff
Chiyo>Hidan Low Diff No need to explain

Seriously, Tsunade is severely underestimated on this base

Well I think Team1 wins, but with high diff.

Tsunade> Hidan ( Tsunade low diff)
Tsunade> Sasori ( Mid-high diff)
Tsunade </= Kakuzu ( If she can outlast him, the she wins )

Mei> Hidan ( Mei low/ mid diff)
Mei</ = Sasori ( If she can trap Sasori in a closed area then she can melt him)
Mei< Kakuzu ( 2 Kekkei Genkai is not enough against Kakuzu. Kakuzu high diff )

Chiyo> Hidan ( low/ mid diff)
Chiyo< / = Sasori
Chiyo< Kakuzu

Tsunade's team wins, sasori has nothing on tsunade as it has been stated by chiyo that tsunade can make cures in the midst of battle,
So team one wins, oh mei can just melt kakuzu and chiyo can sever hidan. Even tsunade can take out the three of them , but not all at once

Its hard to go against two kages, but IMO they are the two weakest kages. Girls are weak in Kishi's world. So the Akatsuki boys take this.
