I hate when people go against logic b/c someone is their favorite character.
As much as I wish it weren't true, Kakashi would lose. Truthfully, all Tsunade would have to do is take a few Raikiris and Kakashi would almost be out of chakra. Tsunade's stamina and chakra completely outclasses Kakashi's.
He may be smarter than her but she would outlast him by so much I can't find a way to express it.

hidan has a way of killing her with his jutsu and he cant die. kakashi can die and can only killer with with direct contact. which tsunade is great in tai and her regen feats toppled with her one hit kill type hits kakashi until you show me has no way of killing her. also kakashi doent have hidden mist

You are right Tsunade Is Great in tai and If it's Low distants she wuld make it in speed Blitz but u Shuld Know Distance,Place(Forest,Desert,Mountains),Who attack first,and knowlage Is the greatest factors in such fight

That guy is crazy, but he has a point. Tsunade was able to follow his speed and she was able to coordinate an attack with V2 Ay. She was also able to react faster than Ay when Madara attacked them with the five dragon heads. She obviously isn't as fast as Ay, but her reaction time and timing is comparable to his.

knowledge is the greatest factor? they know everything about each other! tsunade knows about kakashi's sharingan, his lightning blade and he knows about her stength. they already know all they need to know.

why are you trying to put tsunade at a disavantage? fights are always in a plain open field so one side doesnt have a advantage. i dont need to put kakashi in a place where he would have the disadvantage just to say he loses.

and his hidden mist jutsu is not canon so no he doesnt have it.
