Kakashi fought In 3rd great world war and Was asigned in Anbou for dirty works-Tsunade in the other hand only helped to win war and lived trauma after seing her lover dying(Then 20Years of gambling)Ya thats cool she realy has great experiance in gambling..
Tsunade is nowher near his Lvl of experiance even if she lived so long....

Not as smart as kakashi and not so smart in fights Kakashi is much more expirianced and much smarter in fights.....His analyzing skills is Close to Shikamaru and Itachi...Tsunade is nowher near....

Obviously Kakashi is smart, experienced and he is a good strategist, but this doesn't mean he can outsmart someone like Tsunade.

Even Sakura-was able to analyze Sasori's fighting style within a few minutes. And as she admitted, she learned this skill from her master. And Sasori's fighting style is more complex than Kakashi's.

Kakashi is nowhere near Itachi's level, stop fapping.

Kakashi starts with "hiding lika Mole" and attack tsunade from underground Tsunade kills>Kakashis Water cone Then second clone attacks From Mole Tsunade Speed Blitz and kills him(Lightning clone stuns Tsunade for 3Sec Kakashi cuts Tsunade with lightning Chain,Cuter or raikiri.....
Or casts Hiden in the mist jutsu and goes with sillent killing

Even war arc Kakashi gets defeated with low-md difficulty. And trust me, I'm not overrating Itachi, everyone knows I hate him from the bottom of my heart.

Honestly it depends on how you would think the battle would win. If Kakashi successfuly used Kamui from his Mangekyo Sharingan it would be an instant win. However if it was a battle of pure Taijutsu Tsunade would have an easy win. Also you have to keep in mind Tsunade is a former Sanin and current hokage while Kakashi was a candiate for Hokage. Another thing to keep in mind is Tsunade and Kakashi's families. Kakashi is the son of the white fang(Sakumo Hatake) while Tsunade is the descendant of the first Hokage which could influence her healing abilities like it did in the battle against the true Madara Uchia(sorry if I spoiled it). Now keep in mind Tsunade was able to survive being impaled through her chest and regenerated it. Truthfully I'd have to give Tsunade the advantage in Taijutsu, Stamina, and Endurance, but I'd give Kakashi the advantage in Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Strategy. And one last thing to remember is who their senseis were: Tsunade-Sarutobi(the third hokage). Kakashi- Minato(The fourth Hokage). Tsunade wins this because she is the hokage which means that she is the strongest ninja in the hidden leaf village, and on the other hand kakashi is just a jonin.
