Yes, by feats Kakashi IS faster than Tsunade by quite a margain. Also, Orochimaru is stronger than Tsunade, so that really isn't helping your case. Plus, current Kakashi has faced off against shinobis who make Orochimaru look a fool, so there's no way he would be scared at the present time.

This woman can literally 1-shot Kakashi if she gets to hit him. Her summoning is one of the deadliest of all. Her regeneration gives her unimaginable durability and the ability to tank attacks. Tsunade is intelligent and can come up with strategies in order to close the distance and hit him... Her chakra reserves are far higher than that of Kakashi's... etc.
As I already said, it won't be wise to say that either of the two wins single-handedly, but IMO Tsunade will be the one to come out as a victor fighting Kakashi of NOT the Sharingan.
