Tsunade vs Sharinganless Kakashi is a kind of battle where it won't be easy to determine the winner.
It will be wrong to say that either of them wins single-handedly.
There are bunch of circumstances which have to be foreseen in advance to choose the winner of the 2.
I'll not start listing their feats, as many of you are already well-aware of what they are capable of...
I'll just say, that looking back at all their past feats, I'm slightly leaning towards to Tsunade coming out as a victor.
