Tsunade would defeat Kakashi with our without the sharingan. I see all over the place people saying that Kakashi would win. This isn't true. Tsunade may not be directly on par with oro or jaraiya but she's certainly in their league. Hence why she was made sannin with them. And we all know kakashi isn't a match for either of them. Though it wouldn't be easy I think Tsunade would emerge the victor. Not to mention being way older she has more battle experience.

People have to remember Tsunade gave up fighting for decades but still Oro was impressed with her skill set. Madara was the only person who seriously damaged her, and if she didn't have to heal the other kage. She would've been able to heal herself.

currently by feats kakashi was too dependent on sharingan
tsunade has regenaration;better databook stat and katsuya on her side

We've seen way more of Kakashi then tsunade In the series and ultimately they both were ineffective against pein so all in all idk I wanna say Kakashi but tsunade has that x factor she made it this long for a reason
