She can regenerate from every physical attack Guy throws at her. She can just take a hit, and then land a one-knockout punch on Guy's face, or use her electrical waves to paralyze him when's he's in real close. If she had the summoning she'd beat him even more.

There is no way Tsuande can keep up with Guy if he is in 2 gates. But I would pair it up as this:
Kakashi vs Tsuande - I think we all agree Kakashi can and would beat Tsuande right? At least thats what I think.
Guy vs Jiraiya - I think in this fight they would both die. Sage mode vs 8 gates, who ever wins dies not that long after the battle.
So I think Kakashi is the only one really left alive here

But without any summonings and Guy don't die in 8 gates, combine that with Kakashi and Guy's previous tag team experiences and training together and Tsunade is almost useless here. Kakashi and Guy shud win this.
I agree Jman>Guy but only in base mode. If Jiraiya was in Sage Mode and Guy was in 8 gates, Guy would over power Jiraiya. Guy's Strength and Speed are beyond that of a human, he is on a whole new level, and probably has a move more powerful then afternoon tiger which was a 1 hit KO move.

Idk. If Gai uses Eight gates then I Think he can easily beat Tsunade and then I think kakashi and Gai could beat Jiraiya if they work together. Id have to give this to Kakashi and Gai
