but yes, Gamabunta can be easily ignited by amaterasu

No intel really gives the edge to team akatsuki. I mean, Itachi has the ms and Kisame samehada which absorbs chakra. Tsunade would probably work as a support at first. Jiraiya would attack the two in base. Kisame would spit shitloads of water everywhere causing everyone to jump upwards. Then they would hit their heads against the ceiling.
Nah. Just kidding. But Kisame would probably fill the cave with water causing everyone to drown.
Itachi and Kisame don't have intel on eachother. Same for Tsunade and Jiraiya. I don't really know what to make from this. :'D

Tsuande summons Katsuya, super regen + acid spitting giant slug. Heals Jiraiya if need be and punches whatever she can.

Itachi doesn't have the stamina for a battle against 2 Sannin, and SM outclasses Kisame.

Without intel Itachi oneshots with Tsukuyomi. With intel, Itachi wins with mid diff as he still has two one shot techniques for close-mid range (Tsukuyomi) and long range (Amaterasu) which are almost unavoidable in the long run and his Susanoo with the spiritual weapons.
