I do agree Oro is very Senjuuish. He could very well be very closely related to Tobirama, in a very sociopathic kind of way

A clan is not a family, it is a collective group of families with similar outlooks or beliefs. In Naruto, they share a 'bloodline' and usually act and look similar, but that doesn't mean they are all directly related.
On topic, It is strange that Oro's hair is similar to Hashi's an Jiraiya to Tobirama whilst Tsunade has zero in common with either of them.

People have already established on the base that Senju does not equal Senjutsu. Just because someone is a Senju does not mean that they can use Senjutsu. Tsunade is obviously a Senju due to being related to Hashirama, but we can't say either way for the other 2.

Orochimaru STOLE Hashiramas DNA. Why would he need to steal it if he was already Senju? The reason he and kabuto have Sage mode is because they both implanted Hashiramas DNA into them.

The kanji for Sen in Senjutsu is ไป and it literally means sage, hermit.
The kanji for Sen in Senju, on the other hand, is ๅ and is the kanji for the number 1000.

Oro's proof makes no sence, and sage mode is not exclusive to senju. Also, tsunade senju being a senju isnt a dramatic revelation.
