OT: Old generations will always be surpassed by the next one, thats also one of the themes in naruto manga. So its obvious it was bound to happen. But i disagree with one point. Suckura hasn't surpassed Tsunade Yet as a Medic.

the Best Medicts in NV are - Naruto > Kabuto > Karin > Tsunade/Chiyo > Shizune

And you're dumb enough to think i beleive that. Tsunade > Chiyo, but chiyo does have an advantage over tsunade, that is to bring the dead back.
