I do agree with your point, unlike others, about the fact that her punches are just chakra punches. During the Sasuke retrieval arc at the end of Part 1, Choji moved all his chakra into his fist and caused a devastating blow against the fat Sound 4 guy that would rival one of Tsunade's average punches. The thing that you are mistaken on is that while in theory anyone can do it, only Tsunade has that kind of chakra control. Again, using Choji as an example, it took a chakra enhancing pill to create enough power to rival one of Tsuande's AVERAGE punches. Her strength is not to underestimated.

Ay said she was physically stronger. And do you remember part one where she lifted Gamabunta's giant sword? I dont think that is pure chakra.

Because Chouji wasn't specialized in that area.

Thats like saying since Sakura sucks at speed, Kakashi is the best, because his is better.

Someone like Minato, Naruto, Kushina, who have the best chakra control could easily do this. Naruto expands his chakra with the cloak.
